Helen Ann Buckingham

Helen Ann Buckingham of West Milton, age 89, passed away on May 30, 2022. She was born on February 12, 1933 to the late Leonard “Hap” Elliott and Ruth (Rentz) Elliott in Troy, Ohio.  Helen enjoyed reading, knitting, and working in her garden growing lovely flowers and house plants indoors. She loved being with her family and working on their family tree, as well as spending time with her friends. Helen is survived by her loving husband Kenneth “Ed” Edward Buckingham; children Donald Lee (Lynne) Buckingham of Ft. Loramie, Ohio, Brenda Kay (Rocky) Wilson of West Milton, and Linda Sue Trost, also of West Milton; grandchildren Jason Wilson, Nicole Hildebrand, Robert Buckingham; and great-grandchildren Anna Wilson, Charolette Buckingham, Jaxson Hildebrand, Adeline Hildebrand. She was preceded in death by her daughters Sharon Lynn and Mary Lou Buckingham. Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, June 2, 2022 at 11:00 AM at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM prior to services. Memorial Contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County.
