Obituary

Howard G. Smith, age 83, of Ludlow Falls, passed away on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at Momentous Health of Vandalia. He was born June 6, 1939 to Noah & Maddie Smith in Gainesboro, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his parents.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Donna (Crow) Smith of Ludlow Falls; sons Teddy Smith of West Milton, Terry Smith of West Milton, Tony Smith of Dunedin, FL; and several brothers and sisters. Howard retired from the City of Englewood as a city worker. He loved doing small engine repair, gardening, playing bingo and casino games, dining out and spending time with family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 2-3 PM on Sunday, April 23, 2023 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a memorial service beginning at 3:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 6077 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459.
