Jane L (Kress) Morgan

Jane L. (Kress) Morgan, age 87, of Union, left this beautiful earth on May 28, 2025, to reunite with family and friends whom she missed. She was born February 4, 1938 to Burlan & Miowne (Elleman) Kress in Troy, Ohio.  

She is preceded in death by parents Burlan and Miowne (Elleman) Kress, a baby brother who passed at birth, Burlan Kress Jr, husband Donald D Morgan, and children Stacy J Morgan and Steven J Morgan, sister Janice (Kress) Penny and her husband Richard Penny and sister Jeanne (Kress) Coate and her husband Forest (Osta) Coate and best friends Judy Miller and Sandy Wolfe Mumma.

Jane is survived by her loving and caring granddaughters Amber (Morgan) Bliss and Haley Morgan and one great grandson who always brought joy, Winston Morgan.

Jane was kind to everyone she met, she worked in the library at Milton-Union Schools, was active in the Democratic party with Don, and operated the Towne Center License Bureau for 22 years.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM-12 PM on Wednesday, June 4, 2025 at Royal Oak Memorial Gardens Mausoleum, 7217 National Rd, Brookville, OH 45309 with a service beginning at 12:00 PM then will be placed in her resting place in the mausoleum. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. If so desired, memorial contributions Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton.
