Janice S. Foster, age 87, of West Milton, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born March 13, 1937 to Harry & Marie (Thuma) Dearth in Ludlow Falls, Ohio.
She is preceded in death by her parents; loving husband Lowell Foster; children Robert Westfall, Ricky Westfall, and Ronnie Westfall; daughter-in-law Tammy Westfall; siblings Pauline Hildebrand, Nolan Dearth, Betty Neighbors, and Clarence Dearth.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Debra Akers of Troy, Michael Westfall of Troy, Rodney (Gina) Westfall of West Milton; 15 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren.
Janice retired from working in Sales at JcPenney’s in Piqua after 25 years of service and at the Avenue. She was a member of the West Milton United Church of Christ and the Eastern Star. She loved going mushroom hunting and watching the Cincinnati Bengals and racing.
The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Thursday, February 27, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in Miami Memorial Park, Covington. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
