JoAnn Jackson

JoAnn Jackson, age 73, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, September 5, 2022 at Hospice of Dayton, OH. She was born November 28, 1948 to the late Robert Howe & Katherine Elizabeth (Smith) Jackson in Dayton, Ohio. She will be missed and remembered by her children Julie (John) Lake of Dayton, OH and Michael DiFlora Jr of Franklin, OH; 8 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren; brothers Robert H. Jackson Jr of Northfield, IL and John L. Jackson of Fort Collins, CO. JoAnn graduated from Colonel White High School class of 1967 in Dayton attended Ohio Nothern University and Sinclair College. She also attended Kirkmont Presbyterian Church in Beavercreek, OH and sang Alto in the church choir. She also had worked for Synchrony Financial Services in Kettering, OH. Most recently resided at Laurelwood Senior Living facility. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 17, 2022 at Fairview Cemetery, Englewood. A celebration of JoAnn's life will be held after the graveside service for all who attend.
