John A Snell

John A. Snell, age 79, of Dayton, passed away on Monday, August 18, 2025 at Kettering Hospital Main Campus. He was born October 7, 1945 to Lorin C. & Margaret I. (Wenrick) Snell.

He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife Denise L. (Joseph) Snell; brother Kurt Snell.

He will be missed and remembered by his children Philip (Gennie) Snell of Fairborn, Sherry Snell (Troy Helton) of Dayton, Gerry Snell of Huber Heights, and Jennifer Snell of Dayton; grandchildren Brooklyn Millhouse, Sierra Snell, Haley Helton, MacKenzie Mikesell, and Rylee Mikesell; great grandchildren Colette Millhouse and IvaLyn Mikesell; siblings Frank Snell of Troy, and Rose Plunk of Vandalia.

A private graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family in Potsdam Cemetery, Potsdam. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Online memories of John may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
