Joy G Taylor

Joy G. Taylor, age 66, of West Milton, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family. She was born February 12, 1957 to Ralph & Glenna (Hopkins) Stapleton in Troy, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; and brother Robert.

She will be missed and remembered by her longtime companion Rodney Linn Underwood of 37 years; children James (Sheryl) of Illinois, Michael (Stefanie) of Tipp City, Kimberly (Joe) of Michigan and Karen (Jimmy) of Michigan; 8 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; siblings Linda (Frank) of Troy, Gary (Tina) of Iowa, and Michael of Troy.

Joy loved spending time with her grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. She also enjoyed cooking, painting, and doing puzzles.

The family will receive friends from 10 AM-12 PM on Friday, March 10, 2023 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 12:00 PM. Burial will follow in Honey Creek Cemetery, Christiansburg. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Childrens Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105.
