Karen Sue Hines

Karen Sue Hines, Age 78, of Ludlow Falls, passed away Sunday, February 23, 2020, at Hospice of Miami County. She was born August 13, 1941, in Dayton, Ohio, to her parents Howard Leonard & Dorthy Lee (Rails) Bowman. On July 23, 1963, she married David Lee Hines and together they raised their family and shared a life for over 56 years. She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband David Hines; children Mark Hines of Arcanum, Michael & Linda Hines of Arcanum, Kathy Zellers of Ludlow Falls; grandchildren Danielle & Brandon Brooks of Bookville, Brittany & David Fisher of Troy, Justin Hines of West Milton, Bradley & Lyndsi Moreland of West Milton, Jacob Hines of Tipp City, Rachel Hines of Brookville, Gabriel Zellers of Greenville; great grandchildren Chloe & Sophie Brooks, Karson Stone, Katie Fisher, Stella Hines, Keegan Hillberg, Levi, Fynlee & Ellanore Moreland; siblings Beverly Fourman of Huber Heights, Robyn Bowman of West Milton. She was preceded in death by her parents and siblings Donald Bowman and Shirley Brown. Funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Thursday, February 27, at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton, with interment following at Old Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:00-2:00 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
