Katherine Burrows Obituary Katherine “Cori” Corine Burrows
Age 44, of Medway, passed away Friday, May 22, 2020, at Grandview Hospital. She was born August 13, 1975, in Dayton, Ohio, to her parents Fredrick Ellis & Beverly Ann (Lawhorn) Walker.
Cori was a loving mother, daughter, sister and friend. She graduated from Miami University earning a Bachelor’s degree in Middle Childhood Education and was a member of the Kappa Kappa Psi Fraternity. She was a teacher at Dillard Middle School in Goldsboro, North Carolina for a few years before coming back to Ohio to be with her family. She was preceded in death by her mother Beverly Ann (Lawhorn) Walker. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Rebecca McDonnell and Carter Burrows of Medway; son-in-law Ross McDonnell of Medway; siblings James Walker of Goldsboro, North Carolina, Lori & Alan Freeze of Springboro; father and step-mother Fredrick & Linda (Powell) Walker of Centerville; as well as numerous people that thought of her as a mother to them.
