Kevin Scott Charles

Kevin Scott Charles of Vandalia, age 66, passed away in January of 2023. He was born on November 29, 1956 in Dayton, Ohio to the late William N. and Phyllis G. (Woodruff) Charles. Along with his parents, Kevin was preceded in death by his brother Richard Charles and sister Linda Charles. He is survived by his siblings Alice Gill, William Charles, Jr. and Ken Charles. The family will receive friends from 12 noon – 1:00 PM on Monday, February 6th at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton, with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow at Wheelock Cemetery, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made in Kevin’s honor to the American Lung Association.
