Larry C Koogler

Larry C. Koogler, age 85, of Englewood, passed away on Friday, May 24, 2024 at Cypress Pointe Health Campus, Englewood. He was born February 2, 1939 to Earl & LaVerne (Hangen) Koogler in Monroe Township, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents and sister Diane Huston. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Barbara J. (Elicker) Koogler of 63 years; sons Jim (Lara) Koogler and Tom (Lisa) Koogler; grandsons James, Joe, Jon, and Josh Koogler; great grandchildren Nehemiah and Jude; brother Garry Koogler; sister Peggy (Ron) Minnich.

Larry worked for Delco Moraine and at the Oldsmobile dealership in West Milton as a mechanic. He was a longtime member of Center Friends Church and was an avid golfer and Ohio State Buckeyes fan.

The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Wednesday, May 29, 2024 at the Hale House Event Center, 320 N. Miami St, West Milton (adjacent the parking lot of Hale-Sarver FH) with a brief service beginning at 7:00 PM. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
