M. Ruth Malloy

M. Ruth Malloy, age 92, of West Milton, passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025 at Hospice of Miami County. She was born February 22, 1933 to Elzie & Letha (Thomas) Foster in Oneida, Tennessee.

She is preceded in death by her parents; daughter Debra Malloy; son David Malloy; siblings Robert Foster, Autho “Bo” Foster, Luke “Arnold” Foster, and Elzie “Jr” Foster.

She will be missed and remembered by her loving children William Malloy, Susan Fryman, and Julie Snyder; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren, sister Phyllis “Dorene” Slaven.

Ruth was a member of the West Milton Senior Citizens Center and loved spending time with her family and friends.

The family will receive friends from 12-1 PM on Thursday, December 11, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County or West Milton Senior Citizens Center.
