Marcile A. Feitshans

Age 94, formerly of Pleasant Hill, passed away Monday, June 22, 2026, at the Brethren Retirement Community, Greenville. She was born March 24, 1932, in Miami County, Ohio, to her parents Everett & Bernice (Antonides) Yount. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 60 years, Robert E. Feitshans. Marcile graduated from Newton High School class of 1951 and was a longtime member of the Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ where she was baptized. She worked at the Beery School of Horsemanship and 5/3 Bank in Covington. Marcile loved animals and could frequently be seen around town walking the neighbor's dogs. But most importantly, she loved spending time with her grandchildren.

She will be missed and remembered by her daughter and son-in-law Cindy & Joe Davis of Pleasant Hill; grandchildren Dustin & Debbie Trost of Pleasant Hill, Adam & Sarah Deaton of Lafayette, IN, Aron & Lynzee McFadden of Pleasant Hill, Brent Davis of Pleasant Hill; great grandchildren Adyn (Alexa) and Zayne McFadden, Celine, Nicodemus, Dylan, and Dawson Trost, Emery Deaton, Macy, Landry, Kolton Davis, Kline Deaton, Drew Davis, Josie Deaton.

The family would like to thank the staff at Everheart Hospice for all the care they showed to Marcile during their time with her.

Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Sunday, June 28, at Pleasant Hill United Church of Christ, 10 W. Monument Street, Pleasant Hill. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday at the church. Interment at Pleasant Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Everheart Hospice, 1350 N.
