Mary Josephine Shank

Mary Josephine Shank, age 92, of Union, formerly of Beavercreek, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 11, 2023 at Maria Joseph Nursing Center. She was born April 10, 1930 to Albert & Josephine (Smart) Brady in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents and loving husband Frederick Shank Sr in 2020. She will be missed and remembered by her loving children Frederick Jr & Sally Shank of Tipp City, Becky & Odell Prince of Gaylord, Michigan, and Ray & Kelly Shank of Tipp City; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren.

Mary Jo graduated from Patterson Co-op in 1948. She was a District sales manager for Avon Products for 20 years and attended the Salem Church of God. The family will receive friends from 9-10 AM on Saturday, February 18, 2023 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a memorial service beginning at 10:00 AM. Interment will be held in Mount Zion Park Cemetery, Beavercreek. Memorial contributions may be made to Crossroads Hospice, 8069 Washington Village Dr, Dayton, OH 45458.
