Ned Allen Mefford

Ned Allen Mefford, age 84, of West Milton, passed away on Sunday, December 7, 2025 at StoryPoint West Milton. He was born January 2, 1941 to Robert & Mae Evelyn (Macy) Mefford in Troy, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents; loving wife Martha Lou (Hackenberger) Mefford in 2019; brother Paul (Sandy) Mefford.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving children Brad (Shawna) Mefford of West Milton, Brian Mefford of West Milton, and Jennifer (John) Schraer of Cincinnati; grandchildren Sam, Meghan, and Allison Schraer.

Ned retired from Standard Register after 38 years of service. He was an avid car enthusiast.

The family will receive friends from 10-11:30 AM on Friday, December 12, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow in Polk Grove Cemetery, Butler Township. Memorial contributions may be made to the Fanconi Anemia Research Fund or Habitat for Humanity of Miami County.
