Obituary
Norma Joan Weikert, age 83, of Jacksonville, FL, passed away on January 30th, 2023 at Community Hospice Hadlow Center in Jacksonville, FL. She was born March 25, 1939 to Harvey & Ruth Cain Fetters in Miami County, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law Jeff Hall.
She will be missed and remembered by her loving husband Ronald D. Weikert of 65 years; children Marlene Hall of Kentucky; Kurt (Debbie) Weikert of Ohio, and Joy Price of Florida; 6 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
Norma was a 1957 Milton-Union High School graduate and loved knitting, reading the bible, and writing devotions. She authored and published a book of her devotions called ‘God’s Word is a Lamp to My Feet’ in 2019.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 12-2 PM on Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice Of North Florida, 4266 Sunbeam Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32257. Online memories of Norma may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
