Patricia Anne Clark

Patricia Anne Clark, age 88, of West Milton, passed away on Thursday, June 29, 2023 at Cypress Pointe Health Campus. She was born February 15, 1935 to Edward & Gladys (Garwood) Surface in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband Ferrol Hawker; second husband David Allen Clark; sons Martin Hawker and Michael Clark; sisters Jeanette Zech and Carol Reiber.

She will be missed and remembered by her son David D. Clark of West Milton; grandchildren Brooke Hawker, Zachery Clark, and Spencer Clark, great granddaughter Allie; nieces and nephews.

Patricia retired as a social worker for Montgomery County specifically in children’s services and The Battered Women Program.

A celebration of life will be held from 1-3 PM on Sunday, July 9, 2023 at the Hale House Event Center, 320 N. Miami St, West Milton (adjacent the parking lot of Hale-Sarver FH). Interment will be held at a later date in Woodland Cemetery, Dayton. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
