Patrick J Jackson

Patrick John Jackson, age 60, of West Milton, passed away on Monday, May 13, 2024. He was born December 18, 1963 in Dayton, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his mother Phyllis Jane (Acton) Hazelbaker; wife Joy Beth (Martindale) Jackson; siblings Peggy Sergent, Cindy Porter, Jimmy Jackson, and David Jackson.

He will be missed and remembered by his daughters Faith Cottrell of West Milton and Hope Rikhotso of Fishers, IN; 1 grandchild; sister Robin Adams of Troy; father Norman Hazelbaker of Laura; fiancé Tammy Harris; his four-legged companions Betty and Odin.

Patrick served his country proudly in the United States Marine Corps.
