Paul J. Reinman, age 86, of Troy, passed away on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Hospice of Miami County. He was born August 19, 1937 to Fred A. & Mildred A. (Miller) Reinman in Newark, New Jersey.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sons Christopher and Andrew Reinman; and his brother Robert Reinman.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Nancy A. (Sendelbach) Reinman of 62 years; daughters Patty (Chris) Dawson of Versailles, KY, Susie (Matt) Sexton of Tipp City; daughter-in-law Sarah Reinman of Miamisburg; grandchildren Molly, Claire, Tabitha, Ben, Erin, Nick, and Connor; and great grandson Everett.

Paul served his country proudly in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War and retired after 27 years of service as a Lieutenant Colonel. He was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration and of the Sister Cities of Vandalia. Paul also volunteered at the United States Air Force Museum for many years, and was an avid mountain clumber and outdoorsman.

The family will receive friends from 10-11 AM on Monday, September 18, 2023 at the Church of the Transfiguration, 972 S. Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383 with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11:00 AM. Burial will be held at 9:00 AM on Tuesday, September 19 in Dayton National Cemetery, 4400 W. Third St, Dayton, OH 45428. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Honor Flight Dayton or Ohio’s Hospice of Miami County.
