Phillip Jeffrey Newland of Troy, age 42, passed away on December 30, 2024. He was born on November 16, 1982 to Charles Newland and Wanda (Call) Bowshier in Troy, Ohio. Survivers include his parents; children Hailey, Breauna, Silas, & Addison Newland; and siblings Melissa Fugate, Anthony Smith, Holly Sharp, Natasha Sapp, Craig Newland, & Elijah Newland.

The family will receive friends from 10 - 11 AM on Saturday, January 4, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N.
