Phillip George Smith

Phillip George Smith, age 75, of West Milton, passed away on Tuesday, August 1, 2023 at Miami Valley Hospital. He was born November 23, 1947 to George R. & Lillie Pearl (Dean) Smith in Dayton, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son Tyler Smith; sister Jenny Lawson. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Peggy Lee (Zimmerman) Smith of 57 years; sons Doug (Renee) Smith of Laura, Jeff (Alicia) Smith of Laura; Don Smith of Englewood; 6 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; sisters Barbara (James) Sauceman of Tennessee and Trisha (Dale) Knight of Tennessee; brother-in-law Leon Lawson of Tennessee.

A memorial gathering will be held from 4-6 PM on Monday, August 7, 2023 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton.
