Rachel E (Nihizer) Phipps

Rachel Elizabeth (Nihizer) Phipps, age 39, of Kettering, passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023. She was born February 15, 1984 to Lowell Ray & Carlene I. (Schutte) Nihizer in Dayton, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her brother Keith Allen Nihizer. She will be missed and remembered by her children Logan Phipps of Tipp City, Lucas Phipps of Vandalia, and Lilly Phipps of Gordon; parents Lowell and Carlene Nihizer of Vandalia; sister Jennifer Jenkins (Wadih Dagher) of Florida.

A gathering of family and friends will be held from 5-7 PM on Friday, October 20, 2023 at the Hale House Event Center, 320 N. Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
