Regina Webb, age 72, of Arcanum, formerly of West Palm Beach, FL, passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2021 at State of the Heart Hospice Inpatient Unit in Greenville. She was born September 16, 1948 to the late Eugene & Lillian (Smith) Webb in Cincinnati, Ohio. She is preceded in death by her son Rick Sowers and brothers Wendell, Donnie, and Kenny Webb. She will be missed and remembered by her loving grandchildren Ti-Anna (Jeremy) Lockhart, Danielle, Ricky, Cory, Jeremy, Parker and Christian Sowers, Betty Benton; great grandchildren Jackson and Anderson Lockhart, Bentley and Braxton Sowers; sisters Joyce Cornell, Sharon Webb, Nita Courtney and Verna Gabriel. Private services will be held at convenience of the family.
