Richard Hines, age 78, of Middletown, passed away on Tuesday, May 3, 2022 at Willow Knoll Retirement Community, Middletown. He was born March 15, 1944 to Roy Edward & Helen Francis (Mefford) Hines in Ludlow Falls, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents and siblings David Hines, Latrisha Hines, and Mary Hines. He will be missed and remembered by his children Sonny Hines and Cherie Ausgotharp; brothers Paul, Carl, Ronnie, and Dennis Hines. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, May 20, 2022 in Old Union Cemetery, Ludlow Falls. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
