Robert “Bob” Lee Davis, age 82, of Englewood, passed away on Wednesday, December 30, 2020. He was born May 6, 1938 to the late Denver & Wanda (Shank) Davis in Englewood, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents and first cousin Jack Davis. He will be missed and remembered by his uncle Byron Davis; first cousin D. Gene (Sandra) Thompson of Arcanum; cousins Renae Thompson of Dayton, Rayna Jenssen of Arcanum, Kimberly (Terry) House of Arcanum and good friends George and Tim Stebbins. Bob retired from Wright Patterson Air Force Base as an electrical engineer. He was an avid bicyclist and was a member of the Dayton Cycling Club. Bob was a lifetime member of the Salem Church of the Brethren, Englewood. He loved playing volleyball at the Englewood YMCA and the Vandalia Recreation Center. A celebration of life will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, July 16, 2021 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton. Interment will follow in Mote Cemetery, Arcanum.
