Robert Skinner Obituary

Robert H. Skinner of Tipp City, age 60, passed away on August 1, 2023 at Hospice of Miami County. He was born on October 17, 1962 in Dayton to the late Robert Wesley and Mary Margaret (Swearingen) Skinner. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his son, Jonathan Skinner. He is survived by brothers Richard Skinner of Union City and John (Tricia) Skinner of Tipp City. Robert served his country proudly in the United States Navy. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family, arrangements in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton.
