He is preceded in death by his parents; brother and sister-in-law Edward & Barb Menker. He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Charlotte (Zwolski) Menker of 45 years; nieces, nephews, and many friends.
Bob graduated from Milton-Union High School in 1963 and was valedictorian of his class. He was a proud West Milton Lion’s Club member for over 50+ years, serving several years as president and later earned the Melvin Jones award, the highest award given to a Lion by his peers. Always active in community functions, he enjoyed riding in the Memorial Day and 4th of July parades on his High Wheel bicycle. In 2024, he was honored as Grand Marshall of the 4th of July parade and in 2016, he received the West Milton Hall of Fame award. Bob enjoyed collecting antiques and could not pass up a shop or auction to discover a new treasure on their annual vacation. Bob will be missed by those who were blessed to have known him.
