Ruth Ann Hild

Ruth Ann Hild, age 76, of West Milton, passed away on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on February 18, 1949 to George Bernard & Opal Frances (Reid) Davidson in Troy, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son Shawn Davidson; brothers Thomas Davidson and Raymond Fuller.

She will be missed and remembered by her loving companion Dave Deaton of 31 years, sons Roger (Sally) Davidson of Troy, Loyal Hild of West Milton; stepchildren Kimberly (Danny) Jenkins of Napa Valley, CA, Michael (Nikki) Deaton, Kelly Deaton, Ashley (Tim) King; 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildrenwith one on the way; best friend Regina Rice and close friends Terry Deaton and Midge Holsinger.

Ruth worked as a cashier for Walmart. She was a member of the Troy Fraternal Order of Eagles 971. She loved her animals and loved doing crafts.

The family will receive friends from 10-11am on Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 11am. Burial will follow in Wheelock Cemetery, West Milton. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to Brave Breed Rescue, Inc 6030 S Wheelock Rd West Milton, OH 45383.
