Sara Vombaur-Gerken

Sara Leeann Vombaur-Gerken, age 31, of Covington, passed away on Monday, April 15, 2024 at the University of Cincinnati Hospital. She was born April 29, 1992 to Greg & Angela (Halsey) Utley in Dayton, Ohio.

She will be missed and remembered by her parents; loving husband Kristopher Lee Vombaur-Gerken of Covington; children Jaylee Nicole, Kamron Lee, Leeya Jade, Kasidy Renae Vombaur-Gerken all of Covington; siblings Ashlee (Dustin) Lewis of Arcanum, Stephine Cline of Medway; mother-in-law Tawnie Gerken; sister-in-law Kurie Drummond, & brother-in-law Cory Gerken. She was preceded in death by her brother-in-law Shad Gerken.

Sara loved spending time with her family especially her husband and children who were the love of her life. She always would do anything for anyone who was in need of help. Sara loved listening to music, dancing, traveling with her husband and children. She loved dogs, cats, horses, and especially dolphins (her favorite), giving tattoos and speaking her mind.

A celebration of Sara’s life will held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Memories of Sara may be left for the family online at www.hale-sarver.com.
