Steven Edward Pressel

Steven Edward Pressel, age 75, of Tipp City, passed away on Friday, September 13, 2024 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born March 3, 1949 to Frank E. & Dorothea E. (Nead) Pressel in Dayton, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents; and brother Terrence Pressel.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Candice J. (Ballinger) Pressel of 54 years; children Erika (Jon) Shellhammer of Tipp City, and Adam Pressel (Samantha Persing) of Tipp City; grandchildren Zackary and Alex Shellhammer, and Jonah and Jude Pressel; sister-in-law Linda Pressel of Estero, FL.

Steve was a 1967 Milton-Union High School graduate and a 1971 University of Dayton graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree. He retired from Hewlitt Packard as a Software Engineer. Steve enjoyed photography especially photographing his grandchildren’s sporting events. He loved travelling in the Western U.S. with his wife Candy and enjoyed puzzles, games, and anything to do with math and music.

A celebration of Steve’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Online memories of Steve may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
