Teresa Cox

Teresa Lynn Cox, age 70, of Hinesville, GA, passed away on Sunday, September 22, 2024. She was born February 2, 1954 to John Henry & Wilma Virginia Hoover in Dayton, Ohio.

She is preceded in death by her father John Henry Hoover. She will be missed and remembered by her children Jamie Pence of Centerville, OH, and Nathan (Eri) Cox of Hinesville, GA; mother Wilma Hoover of Tipp City, OH; grandchildren Abby and Grace Pence; siblings Peggy (Larry) Mathison of Ormond Beach, FL, Mike (Colleen) Hoover of Avon, IN, Randy (Becca) Hoover of Schertz, TX, Jenni (Rick) Jeffery of Laura, OH, and Amy (Jeff) Siebenthaler of Tipp City, OH; along with numerous nieces and nephews.

Teresa was a 1972 Milton Union High School graduate. She loved going to the beach, cooking, gardening, golfing, and photography. Teresa was known by all her friends and family as a kind and loving person.

A celebration of Teresa’s life will be held from 2-5 PM on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at the Hale House Event Center, 320 N. Miami St, West Milton, OH 45383 (adjacent the parking lot of Hale-Sarver FH). Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. If so desired, memorial contributions may be made to American Diabetes Association.
