Jesse Vernon Lowe, age 86, of West Milton, passed away on Thursday, October 17, 2024 at Hospice of Miami County. He was born November 3, 1937 to Thomas H. & Suzy (White) Lowe in Crossville, Tennessee.
He was preceded in death by his parents; loving wife Lois Julia (Bates) Lowe; daughter Cynthia Yvonne Auer; grandson David Auer; brothers Thomas Lowe, Jr and James Herman Lowe.
He will be missed and remembered by his children Andrea Dwan Twyford, Michael Helton, Carlos Helton, Loretta Helton, Lynette Riddle; grandchildren Kristina, Ayla, William, Paul, Sarah, Lee, Nathan, Melinda, Miranda, Evie, Michelle; great grandchildren Kaiya, Aliyah, Jared, Logan, Brooke, Isayah, Arturo, Carley, Brendan, Aria, Jessie, Adaline, Sebastian, Benjamin, Wyatt, Winston, Ki’Shaunna, Lai’Shae, and Izzy.
Vernon was a member of the West Milton Masonic Lodge 577 F&AM for 50 years. He loved hunting, fishing, playing poker, guns, and going to the casino. He also loved traveling the world with his wife, camping, trapping, spending time with family, being a grill master, and listening to bluegrass.
A celebration of Vernon’s life will be held by the family from 12-4 PM on Saturday, November 2, 2024 at his home, 5532 S. Iddings Rd, West Milton all is welcome. Arrangements are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to VFW Post 8211.
