Wayne Lee Ullery

Wayne Lee Ullery, age 76, of West Milton, passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021, at his home. He was born September 9, 1944, in Dayton, Ohio, to his parents Marvin Elmer Ullery & Esther May (Diehl) Ullery-Dearth. Wayne graduated from Brookville High School class of 1962. On May 21, 1965, he married Cynthia Ann Fry and together they raised a family and shared a life for over 55 years. He retired from Wilcon as a construction project manager.  He enjoyed fishing, watching NASCAR, and watching his grandchildren’s sporting events. But mostly, he loved spending time with his family.  He will be missed and remembered by his loving wife Cindy; children and their spouses Kyle Ullery of Dayton, Kurt & Carrie Ullery of West Milton, Kris & Erin Ullery of Miamisburg; grandchildren Blake, Shane, Kade, Trace, Brooke; sisters and brother-in-law Beverly & Rick Price of Brookville, Wanda Wahl of Troy; sister-in-law Susan Ullery of Brookville. He was preceded in death by his brothers Melvin, Mark, and Bruce Ullery; brother-in-law Frank Wahl; sister-in-law Donna Ullery. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, January 16, 2021 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami Street, West Milton. Pastor Mark Bowman will officiate with interment following at Eversole Cemetery, New Lebanon. The family will receive friends from 10:00-11:00 AM Saturday at the funeral home.
