William “Bill” F. Sims, age 88, of West Milton, passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025 at Upper Valley Medical Center. He was born September 18, 1936 in Mt. Vernon, Kentucky.

He is preceded in death by his parents; son Nolan Sims; brother Jerry Belcher. He will be missed and remembered by his sons Brian (Jennifer) Sims, and Chris Sims; daughter-in-law Dorris Sims; grandchildren Elijah Sims, Levi Sims, Davie Sims, and Bailey Bodey; great grandchildren Emma Sims and Easton Sims; siblings Joyce Ray, Arnold Belcher, Sue Smallwood, and Jimmy Belcher.

Bill served his country proudly in the United States Navy. He loved traveling and wood working.

The family will receive friends from 11 AM- 1 PM on Friday, June 13, 2025 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
