William Witzleb Jr Obituary

William Joseph Witzleb Jr, age 81, of Arcanum, passed away on Tuesday, August 27, 2024 at Everheart Hospice Inpatient Unit. He was born February 27, 1943 to William J. Sr & Frances E. (Murphy) Witzleb in Clayton, Ohio.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Sharon Ann (Fitzpatrick) Witzleb; siblings James Witzleb and Janet Lucas.

He will be missed and remembered by his loving children Pamela A. Gibson, Robert W. Witzleb, and Thomas L. Witzleb; grandchildren Patrick L. Gibson, Max VonWitzleben, Lex M. VonWitzleben, and Lance A. Witzleb; sisters Carol Leinemann and Terry Hont.

William retired from Ray Hensley Inc. as a chip & seal operator after 38 years of service. He was a member of the West Milton Eagles and loved going fishing and trains.

Private services will held at the convenience of the family. Arrangments are in care of Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, West Milton. Online memories of William may be left for the family at www.hale-sarver.com.
