Gloria Jean Honeyman, Age 70, of Ludlow Falls, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 13, 1946 to the late Lowell R. & Mary J. Bright in Verona, Ohio. She will be missed and remembered by her son Kevin (Jennifer) Honeyman of Troy; daughter Amy Honeyman (Mark Rupert) of Portland, Oregon; father of their children Robert Honeyman of Ludlow Falls; grandchildren Brandon (Vanessa) Honeyman and Adam Honeyman; great grandchildren Maddison and Mason Honeyman; sister Marilyn Nisonger; brothers Dwaine Bright and Denny Bright; several nieces, nephews, cousins; all of her co-workers at Arens Corporation; her pottery instructor and fellow ceramists and fellow artists in the community. Gloria was involved with ceramics classes at Edison Community College and Riverbend and a member of The Troy Arts Alliance. She loved painting murals and faux finishes, making jewelry, folk art, and pottery. She loved going antique shopping, to auctions and thrift stores. The family will receive friends from 10 AM- 1 PM on Saturday, February 11, 2017 at Hale-Sarver Family Funeral Home, 284 N. Miami St, West Milton with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM. Inurnment will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County, PO Box 502, Troy, OH 45373.
